Adaptive Leadership: The New Code of Leadership in the Digital Age

Adaptive Leadership was created to answer a central question: how to lead when the context changes faster than the management models themselves?
This work brings together 23 experts from Brazil, Portugal, and Germany who work at the intersection of strategy, human behavior, and organizational transformation. These executives, mentors, researchers, and HR professionals contribute their experiences, frameworks, and reflections to build a new perspective on leadership in the digital age.
The book proposes less control and more collective intelligence, less hierarchy and more shared responsibility, fewer ready-made answers and more powerful questions. It doesn't offer rigid formulas. Instead, it offers an invitation to practical reflection, courageous questioning, and sustainable action.

The publication is coordinated by me, Bianca Peixoto, an organizational psychologist and executive mentor, and published by Editora Lisboa, which believed in the project even before it existed as a book.
Adaptive Leadership was born as a movement in April 2026, not just as a publication. The book became an Amazon bestseller on its first day of sales and, in the first stage of its launch tour, it has already crossed borders with events held in São Paulo, Barcelona, Braga, and Cascais, in addition to a scheduled stop in Fortaleza. And it doesn't end there...
Adaptive leadership is not simply about adjusting. It's about consciously building new benchmarks and positioning oneself as an agent of transformation.
